Perrin Properties was established by the late Neville Perrin in the 1950’s as an engineering contracting company operating throughout Queensland and New South Wales. The company ceased contracting operations in the late 1970’s and has concentrated on property related activities to this day.

The first developments were industrial warehouse estates in southern Brisbane suburbs. The company expanded into residential unit development work in Brisbane in the 1980’s and finally commercial development activities in Logan City in 2000.
